代表メッセージ
私は音楽が大好きでした。
その中でもFUNK、SOUL、DUB、JAZZ、REGGAEが好きで「マンドリル」というバンドが好きでした。
音楽の練習の合間に仲間と食べるために、
一口の電気コンロで作っていたカレーが「マンドリルのカレー」のスタートです。
小さなアパートの一室で作ったカレーを、バンドメンバーへ、友達へ、友達の友達へ、と自転車で運んで持っていきました。
よく冷め、よくこぼしました。数え切れない失敗をしました。
カレー作りを始めて3年の2012年神戸元町雑居ビル2階で、「マンドリルカレー」の店舗をオープンしました。
そして、2013年12月に「株式会社Mandrillus」と法人化しました。
2019年4月までにカレー店舗、居酒屋、フードトラック、介護給食、
デイサービスとクラフトビール事業様々な事業を姫路から大阪間でしてきました。
マンドリルは言い出すとキリがないほど沢山の失敗をしてきました。
僕らは失敗を全て受け入れて、改善のヒントにしていきます。
「カレー」は様々な具材が集まって出来たシンプルな料理です。
調和を大切にして1つのお皿に表現していきます。
これまでのスタッフと共に試行錯誤を重ね、挫折と成功を繰り返してマンドリルの「カレー」を創りました!
好奇心を持ち、過去や未来に縛られずに、今を生きる。

私たちは、レトルトカレー、ウスターソースなどの製品ブランドを展開。
販路や市場を開拓しています。
企画・開発
カレーを中心とした商品の企画・開発をはじめ、兵庫・神戸といった地域に根ざした企画・開発も行っています。
製造
自社ブランドや企業様とのコラボ商品など、店舗提供商品〜レトルトのレシピ作りから商品としての製造までを行います。
卸
自社店舗以外にも、飲食店様、社員食堂、福祉施設、スーパーなどの小売店の販路を開拓しています。
小売
自社でも店舗+ECショップ、催事・イベント出店を展開し、お客様への直接提供から、多くを学んでいます。

I love music.
Among them, I liked FUNK, SOUL, DUB, JAZZ, REGGAE, and I liked the band "Mandrill".
The curry that was made with a bite of electric stove to eat with friends during music practice is the start of "Mandrill Curry".
I carried the curry made in one room of a small apartment by bicycle to band members, friends, and friends of friends.
It cooled well and spilled well. I made countless mistakes.
In 2012, three years after we started making curry, we opened a "Mandrill Curry" store on the 2nd floor of the Kobe Motomachi Multi-tenant Building.
Then, in December 2013, it was incorporated as "Mandrillus Co., Ltd."
By April 2019, we have been engaged in various businesses from Himeji to Osaka , including curry stores, izakaya, food trucks, nursing care meals, day services and craft beer businesses.
Mandrill has made so many mistakes that he can't help but say it.
We accept all the mistakes and use them as hints for improvement.
"Curry" is a simple dish made from a collection of various ingredients.
We value harmony and express it on one plate.
Through trial and error with the staff so far, we repeated frustration and success to create Mandrill's "curry"!

Mandrill Co., Ltd. jointly developed the original curry "Grape Sansho no Yo",
which is a part of the "Project to Connect the Birthplace of Grape Sansho to the Future"
of Ryukoku University Faculty of Business Administration Fujioka Seminar.
The "Project to Connect the Birthplace of Grape Sansho to the Future" is a project
that Fujioka Seminar has been working on since 2019 in collaboration with Aridagawa Town, Wakayama Prefecture. We are conducting research, research, awareness promotion activities, product development, etc. in order to increase the added value of the product. 10% of the sales of this curry will be used to fund the purchase of grape sansho saplings as part of the "Project to Connect the Birthplace of Grape Sansho to the Future" with the aim of maintaining the production area.
Participated in Lyon street food fes as a representative of Kobe
Mandrillus will participate in 2019 as a representative of Kobe at the annual food event"Lyon street food fes"where chefs from all over the world gather in Lyon, France. Through interaction with visitors and participants, I was inspired by the way overseas chefs and food professionals think about food. In addition, the fact that"Japanese curry,"which is a Japanese national dish, is not well known overseas was the impetus for Mandrillus. Until now, it was offered only at stores, but we will develop retort curry and make it available at the employee cafeteria so that people who live in places where you can not go to the store can also enjoy Mandrill Curry. And so on, the style is changing and evolving.
